What I’m Most Proud of
* Restored business trust in the ERP.
Took the BC platform from "the business has lost trust in it" to predictable delivery and proactive operations. The system supports daily warehouse, finance, and clinical work for a regulated healthcare business.* Cut weekly incidents from ~20 to 3-4.
Drove resolution time below two hours. Applied Lean Six Sigma 3Cs root-cause analysis to identify five systemic blockers across the BC platform. Externally recognized by the Black Belt lead.* Fixed a three-year-old warehouse blocking issue
that had been forcing staff to stop work daily. After the redesign, the problem now appears once every few months at most.* Redesigned the BC job queue architecture against external advice,
splitting workloads by behavior. The daily PiA (warehouse mobile app) sync outages that ran up to an hour have nearly disappeared.* Separated reporting workloads from production SQL
to fix memory contention multiple specialists had missed. Platform stability improved across the board.
What I work in
ERP platforms: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (on-prem and SaaS). NAV 4.0 through BC 14. AL, C/AL, C/SIDE, RapidStart, Document Capture.Database & performance: SQL Server. Performance tuning, query optimization, index strategy, failover clustering, observability.Engineering ops: Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, PowerShell, Docker. Monitoring with Sentry, CheckMK, Uptime Kuma.Reporting & automation: Power BI, Power Automate, RDLC.Wider Dynamics: Comfortable leading Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or comparable ERP environments at the level of strategy, governance, vendor management, and delivery, with platform specialists supporting deep technical execution where needed.
Three lenses, learned the hard way. Here is what each one means in practice.
The 3S Approach in practice
“Regardless of what we discover, we understand and truly believe that everyone did the best job they could, given what they knew at the time, their skills and abilities, the resources available, and the situation at hand.”
If you don’t know where to start, just start - action reveals the path.
From Firefighting to Flow.
Success Story
In a legacy ERP landscape stuck in years of daily incidents, despite top-tier SQL expertise, I committed to solve it or step aside. Using Lean Six Sigma 3Cs and root-cause analysis, I identified five hidden blockers and isolated Power BI reporting load onto a separate server. Impact: incidents ~20/week → 3–4, resolution < 2h. The org shifted from reactive firefighting to proactive delivery with visibly more story points and better UX.
