after the only engineer who knew the BizTalk layer left. Kept all payment, logistics, and marketing interfaces in production and rebuilt the documentation.Led the approval of an AI coding assistant pilot (Claude Code) in regulated healthcare:

Lean Six Sigma 3Cs and root-cause analysis surfaced five hidden blockers, including memory contention between Power BI reporting and production SQL that multiple specialists had missed. Isolating the reporting load onto a separate server was the turning point.
